  1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of any delay (e.g., stock issues), we will notify you promptly.
  1. Shipping Regions & Methods
  • We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • Deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners and domestic logistics networks.
  • Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer than standard timelines.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders (unless mentioned otherwise).
  • COD or express delivery may have additional charges displayed at checkout.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and link.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

  1. Delivery & Acceptance
  • Please ensure that the address and contact details provided are accurate.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, you may refuse delivery and report it immediately.
  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier may retry or hold the parcel at a local hub.
  1. Failed or Returned Deliveries
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • We will re-ship upon request — re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If no response is received from the customer within 7 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (after deducting shipping costs).
  1. Liability & Limitations
  • Flexi Go India Pvt Ltd is not liable for courier delays, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates — only estimated ranges.
  • Lost or unusually delayed shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
